Refunds will be considered only in cases where PackLeader Solutions fails to deliver agreed-upon services.

6. Limitation of Liability

PackLeader Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Outstanding fees remain payable, and intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
